Commissioned upon specification by an Architect firm in central Sydney, this project called for our solid European Oak Parquetry, in Chevron pattern. The Kiln Dried European Oak, sourced from our partners in Europe, and milled in Lithuania, is Classic Grade, 600/500mm x 100mm x 19mm size.
Set in a very cool “Fishbone Pattern”, whereby a long row of 5 blocks meets another row to create a giant Chevron pattern, or “Fishbone”, this floor was then finished in a very subtle white oil and sealed with matte grade hard wax oil, to handle heavy foot traffic by the Client base of Underwood Jewellers.
